-	Please have the name of the project/job site, address, and cross street ready.

-	If C.O.D. (you do not have an account established) please review our C. O. D policies and have the full name of the responsible person.

-	If you are paying by credit card, we have recently established more stringent rules and will require a billing address, including the zip code, the credit card number, expiration number, and the CSV number.

-	If you would like to establish an account, please fill out a credit application. Please allow for up to a week for us to process your credit application.


-	All orders must be placed directly with our Dispatch Department.

-	Calls will be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

-	Be prepared to provide your account number and job number.

-	Provide correct and complete delivery address (including cross street).

-	Detail any specific site issues or requirements when ordering concrete.

-	Please reference your approved mix design by mix number.

-	Provide an onsite contact name and number for communication during delivery.

-	Please advise us if concrete will be pumped or tailgated, and usage.

-	Concrete orders requiring extensive placing and finishing will be prioritized for morning scheduling whenever possible. All other orders will be scheduled as time and resources permit.

-	We reserve the right to schedule in a way that best utilizes our resources.


	Will Call Orders
-	Need to be placed for 9am or later in the day.
-	Will Call orders do not guarantee a delivery time if released the day of delivery.
-	Confirmed orders will take precedence over unconfirmed will call orders.
-	Any will call order not confirmed 2 hours prior to delivery is subject to cancellation.

	Go Orders
-	Firm "go" orders must be confirmed by 1pm the prior day.
-	Changes to a firm order for first round must be made by 1:30 the prior day.


	Order Size/Charges
-	Minimum order size is 1 yard.
-	Minimum color load size is 2 yards.
-	Each yard is allowed 5 minutes to unload before standby charges apply..
-	Short load fees apply if load is 6.75 yards or less.
-	Volume overages (or overruns) are expected to be no more than 10% of the original order placed. Overruns of more than 10% are subject to delays based on our overall schedule requirements at that time.
-	We will make every effort to maintain the desired spacing.

	Overtime
-	Overtime charges apply after 4:00 pm on weekdays and 3:00 pm on weekends and extend until the driver has returned to his home plant.
-	Overtime charges will also apply to orders earlier than 6:00 am and additional charges may apply for plant opening and truck requirements during non standard business hours.

	Wet Weather Policy
	On rainy days or days when rain is in the forecast, Bode Concrete has two classifications of firm orders -- a "shine only" go and a "rain or shine" go.

	Shine Only Go Orders
-	Concrete will be dispatched in the morning only after contact has been made with the customer the morning of the pour if the weather is threatening or it's raining. If it's not raining ad rain is not in the immediate forecast the day of the pour, the concrete will be dispatched and delivered at the promised time.
-	If the order is a shine only go and a decision is made by the customer to pour it in the rain, the delivery time may have to be adjusted as drivers will be called in to work in the morning (drivers are given one hour from the time they're called until they are expected to be on the clock although this could vary due to how far the driver may live from the plant). If it has rained the previous night but is clear in the morning, we will still contact shine only customers the morning of the pour prior to dispatching concrete as jobsite access could be an issue.
-	If a shine only order cancels due to weather, we will do our best to accommodate the customers' wishes regarding rescheduling the order. However, no guarantees are made that the same time and rate of pour on the following day will be available.

	Rain or Shine Go Orders
-	Drivers, batch men and materials will be scheduled for rain or shine orders.
-	Bode Concrete will not contact the customer in the morning regardless of weather and the concrete will be shipped as scheduled
-	Should the customer cancel in the morning due to weather, Bode Concrete may pass on costs associated with opening the plant.
-	If a customer cancels a rain or shine order after it's loaded, the customer is responsible for the loaded concrete as well as the plant costs.
